The stand
The stand travels across France, and sometimes further through the festival season.
A kitchen of 20 to 60 m² goes up for a few days, sized to the space available and the crowd expected.
Most of it is made on site from fresh produce: peeled, cut and cooked during service. For every date, we favour the growers and organic suppliers based around the festival.
Every consumable is chosen to cut down waste: kraft paper bags, wooden cutlery on request — no plate, no tray. No plastic waste handed to the public.
